Our personnel, provided with the requisite skills in accordance with both Article 138 of the Italian Consolidated Law on Public Security (TULPS)and the Ministerial Decree no. 85/99 – annex B, commits to periodic training aiming to continuous improvement.
The mandatory training programme is divided into theoretical training, an annual calendar of lectures, and practical training, during which the staff can practise identifying and locating banned items in luggage thanks to a simulation software.
Education and training enable the personnel to know the procedures which are necessary not only in a context of security check, but also in emergency situations.
